Autonomous is a leading ergonomic home-office brand, best known for electric standing desks, chairs, and smart workspace gear. The goal of this campaign was simple: bring back high-intent visitors who had already shown interest, and convert them at a stronger rate than the wider market.

 

What we did

We launched a retargeting programme designed to re-engage warm audiences across the consideration journey — focusing on relevance, frequency control, and performance-driven optimisation. The approach prioritised users most likely to return and purchase, while keeping messaging aligned with Autonomous’ product benefits (comfort, productivity, and smart home-office upgrades).

 

Results

The retargeting activity delivered conversion rates well above market benchmarks:

  • Global industry benchmark CR: 4.10%
  • Blue retargeting average CR: 7.06%
  • Performance uplift: +72% higher CR than the global industry average

We also outperformed the regional benchmark by an even wider margin:

  • Regional benchmark CR: 3.11%
  • Blue retargeting average CR: 7.06%
  • Performance uplift: +126.82% higher CR than the regional market

Momentum continued through Q2, where we achieved an additional +11.7% conversion rate increase.
